Ice Venture UK use Royal Mail 2nd class standard service. We aim to dispatch within 3 days of receipt of order, if not sooner. The table below outlines postal charges. These charges will be added at checkout.

These postal charges apply to UK. European orders over 2kg will have additional postage charges invoiced seperatly dependant on weight and country.
Returns
Ice Venture UK will gladly give refunds for goods returned within 14 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted for items after this time. You must include original packaging with tags intact. If you choose to return an item to us you are responsible for the return postage.
Please note: Earrings and tights are exempt from our returns policy.
